"No time for training?

Time. This is one of the resources that you can never do more, and this is one of the leading reasons why people, when given an explanation why they did not enjoy.

With responsibilities at work, demands from family, friends who want some of your time, home repair, car repair shops, to pay the bills ... It seems as though never enough time for anything other than the requirements of everyday life.

For some people, lack of time is very real, but for others it is a convenient excuse not to work towards their goal of fat loss. "I'm too busy, I have no time to workout", "There's no time in my schedule."

As a father of two and a demanding job and a number of other responsibilities, I have a keen awareness of how precious minutes every day really. There is hardly spare moments in my day. Up at 6 am and slept around 11:30, my days are jam-packed.

When I was younger (and less educated), I spent hours a week in the gym. Five days a week, 60-70 minutes a day is obtained. I follow the procedure that I would find in bodybuilding magazines I read religiously. It is not possible. This is not only impossible, but it is not the ideal way to build muscle mass and burn fat.

With age comes wisdom (or, at least, I would like to tell myself that!). My approach to fat loss and building muscle mass and specific training fat loss has changed completely.

Here are some basic concepts that I learned in my years as a trainer and former owner of a personal training studio, should be useful for any ultra-busy person that is looking to lose fat and build lean muscle, but has little time to commit to implementing :

Go to the gym.

Save your membership and gas money and training from home. All you need is a 10x10 space and your own body. There are literally hundreds (if not thousands) of exercises that can be done either with a simple pair of dumbbells weighing or not at all. Most people completely underestimate the power of body weight only exercises resistance.

Go social hours and reduce training.
If you already have a gym membership and do not want to "spend it or there is no room in your house, by all means, go to the gym. However, keep one thing in mind: a short and intensive training to do it.

Most people go to the gym to go to the social aspect. Gym, not a bar! Most gym workouts as follows: Do a set, walk, do a set, talk to your friend, do a set, repeat. Stop wasting precious time and get to the lift! If your goal is to conduct training fat loss, you can be done in 15 minutes! Stay focused and stay cool!

Always and everywhere.
While on vacation or business trip or in the park with his family is no longer an excuse for missing workouts. Learn how to do body weight exercises only, and you'll never miss an opportunity. I continue to train a set of clothes and shoes in my trunk, so I'm ready to go when I need to get a workout in.

Remember, you can get more fat burning workout in under 15 minutes.

Dumbbells.
Too many people, especially men, love to use rods with heavy weights on them. I have not used the bar for two years (or bench for this case), and I'm not going. Dumbbells can string together a range of movements in one exercise that most effectively use their time (eg, low-Curl-Press).

I recommend buying a pair of adjustable dumbbells for your home. They take up little space and sufficient for most people as they go from 5 to 55 pounds in one set of dumbbells.

Time is one resource you can never do more, but it can be expanded, how much time you (your life), taking the usual regular exercise and good, sound nutrition policies. Use your time efficiently. Use it wisely. Focusing on short, intense workout 3 or 4 times a week can produce miracles.

Follow the advice above and you'll be surprised how well this approach works, even on the busiest of people.
